1. Go and download the latest Ubuntu ISO bootable.
2. Burn CD

4. Go to System> Administration> Synaptic Package Manager.
5. Then Settings> Repositories
6. Once the window 'Software Sources' appears, select 'Software restricted by copyright or legal issues,' and click 'close'.

7. Click reload in synaptic package manager.
8. Click Search, and type 'chntpw'.
9. Once the application 'chntpw' was found, right click and click 'mark for installation'.
